Purchases & Refunds

Payments are accepted via paypal. If your payment won't go through, please contact paypal service. If you have issues, please reach out to me.
Individual and group sessions that you have already completed are not refundable. Unused sessions are eligible for full refund within 24 hours of order payment, or 50% refund thereafter.
We circulate coupons periodically, keep an eye out for your email!

General Issues

Contact us if you need to change your account name or are unable to access your account.
You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of emails, or contact us by email to request unsubscribe.
You can restore or reset your password when you go to login using the "forgot my password" link.
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to and we can help.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
